Summer Dance Showcase Performer Registration

Arts for All Wisconsin’s Summer Dance Showcase!
Friday, May 29, from 5:00-7:30 pm,at the Waisman Center in Madison WI.

Our summer showcase features a fun variety of dance performances by youth/adult dancers and local guest performers, with a small reception to follow.
All dancers must complete this registration form to participate. While, participation is by no means mandatory, we strongly encourage dancers to take part. This is a wonderful event that can help build confidence and a real sense of pride and achievement.

There will be a mandatory dress Rehearsal on May 27th, Time TBD, at the Waisman Center.

Tickets will be made available closer to the event. There is no cost for this event, but we will gladly accept kind donations to help our programs grow!
