Come and learn a variety of fun dance moves and get a great workout, all while building confidence and developing new friendships! In this class, we will explore various dance styles, from jazz to modern and hip hop, and learn new dance routines to upbeat music. This adaptive class is open to teens of diverse abilities, and encourages fitness, strength and flexibility, along with social, motor, sensory and coordination skills. ConfiDANCE 2 is taught by Teaching Artist Sarah Jacobson.
Parent/ caregiver participation is not required but is always welcome.
ConfiDANCE 2 meets twice a month on Saturday mornings.
Class Dates: 9/14, 9/28, 10/12, 10/26, 11/9, 11/23, 12/7, 12/21
Participants must be 12 years to 19 years old when the program starts.
Registration starts on 07/26/2024 and ends on 12/21/2024.
